With the warmer weather upon us, we ask that residents remain mindful of Byram Township Property Maintenance Code §186-15.

Property Maintenance: Overgrown Grass or Weeds 

The Byram Property Maintenance Code §186-15 provides specific requirements of residents and property owners regarding the need to maintain a clean appearance and not considered a public nuisance.

Over the last week, we have received numerous complaints about grass and weeds that are extremely overgrown. This is a violation of Section D in the code which is available on the Township Website Township of Byram, NJ Table of Contents (ecode360.com).
 
Please note that failure to comply with the township code may result in violation notices and summonses. To avoid this, we kindly ask that all residents work together to keep our township and properties looking clean and neat.
