The Janesville Police Department announces the return of the Bike Rodeo - May 28th 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.!
The Janesville Police Department Bike Rodeo is to be held on Saturday May 28th, 2022 from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (on-site registration is at 8:30 a.m.) at the YMCA parking lot adjacent to Janesville Town Square on Festival Street (N River St and Dodge), Janesville WI.
Please join us for this fun, free, community event and enjoy some Marcos Pizza or hot dogs cooked by the police department on-site. This is a free community event to teach the youth of Janesville how to bicycle safely and correctly and learn that bicycling can provide a lifetime of exercise and enjoyment. Michaels Cycles, the Bike Elves, and the Janesville Velo Club will be assisting with bike checks and will have an obstacle course that your kids can ride through to learn bike safety skills with a Janesville Police Bike Officer.
Please note - a helmet is required to participate. Please bring your bike and helmet or use a bike and helmet provided on-site.
