The Hayward PD Traffic Bureau is seeking community assistance with identifying this reckless motorcycle rider (see attached photograph and video). We have received numerous complaints of this motorcyclist riding in an unsafe manner through the Bishop Ave and Cascade St area during the afternoon hours.
Roadway safety is a top priority for Hayward PD, which is why we ask for anyone with information regarding this person’s identity or whereabouts, to please contact Sergeant Tasha DeCosta at 510-293-7169.
