Please have a safe and enjoyable Memorial Day Weekend. Take the time to remember and honor those who have given their lives in furtherance of the freedoms we all enjoy.
Please consider joining us on the common (Monument Square) Monday evening at 5:00 PM to witness a solemn ceremony in commemoration of our fallen military, a ceremony for lowering the flag and firing of rifles as a salute to the fallen as well as chosen words from a guest speaker(s). Hollis has a rich history of service to our country and it is incumbent upon each of us to ensure this is not forgotten.
There will be road closures impacting travel on Depot Road, and in Monument Square. Please plan accordingly and we ask you to avoid the area if you are driving a motorcycle or vehicle with loud exhaust as it tends to cause issues with hearing speakers.
