Update #2 on Missing Person 
2nd update on Missing Person -
The city of Minneota has been searched block by block. We have not found Candace. We have exhausted our leads and are ending the search. I ask that all property owners double-check their garages, vehicles, or any location a stranger could access and take shelter. Please look in your bushes and under your trees.
Given the current tornado watch, we are very concerned for Candace's safety in that she may be outside and possibly injured. Again, If you see her please call 911.
As part of our protocol, Candace has been entered as a missing person into our database, and police departments in the southwest region of Minnesota have been notified.
