* WHAT...Visibility one quarter mile or less in dense fog.
* WHERE...Southern Inner Channels including Annette Island and Ketchikan.
* WHEN...Until 10 AM AKDT this morning.
* IMPACTS...Hazardous travel conditions due to low visibility.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Marine layer clouds are spreading northward on the east and west sides of Annette Island as of 3 AM and will soon reach the Tongass Narrows. Expect the fog will back off through mid morning, but remain in the vicinity of Dixon Entrance.
* AFFECTED AREAS: SOUTHERN INNER CHANNELS
