* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.

* WHERE...Portions of southeast Kansas, including the following county, Cherokee. Portions of Missouri, including the following counties, Camden, Christian, Dade, Dallas, Greene, Jasper, Laclede, Lawrence, Maries, Miller, Morgan, Newton, Phelps, Polk, Pulaski and Webster.

* WHEN...From 7 PM CDT this evening through Wednesday morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Low-water crossings may be flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms looks to increase in coverage overnight. Two to three inches of rain will be possible. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
