5th North Street between Payne Street and Garden Street will be closed beginning at 8:00 a.m. on Thursday, June 2 to repair a leaking water service. The roadway is expected to be open by 4:00 p.m. on Friday, June 3. The New Ulm Public Utilities - Water Department will be performing the repair work.
