Fire Weather Watch until 09:00PM Thursday
The National Weather Service in Juneau has issued a Fire Weather Watch, which is in effect from Thursday morning through Thursday evening.
* AFFECTED AREA...Fire weather zones 021, 022, and 025.
* WIND...May reach speeds up to 15 mph
* HUMIDITY...Relative humidity will fall into the low 20s and teens with temperatures in the mid 70s and 80s on Thursday.
* IMPACTS...any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
* AFFECTED AREAS: EASTERN CHICHAGOF ISLAND ... SALISBURY SOUND TO CAPE FAIRWEATHER COASTAL AREA ... JUNEAU BOROUGH AND NORTHERN ADMIRALTY ISLAND
