* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.

* WHERE...Portions of northern Delaware...New Jersey...and southeast Pennsylvania...including the following areas...in northern Delaware...New Castle. In New Jersey...Camden, Gloucester, Mercer, and Northwestern Burlington. In southeast Pennsylvania...Delaware, Eastern Montgomery, Lower Bucks, and Philadelphia.

* WHEN...Until 10 PM EDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Storm drains and ditches may become clogged with debris.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Thunderstorms with rainfall rates up to 2 inches per hour may result in localized flash flooding, especially in urbanized locations. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
