* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is occurring. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Expect many areas of slow moving or standing water.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 741 PM EDT, emergency management reported lingering flooding from earlier rainfall when between 1.5 and 2 inches of rain fell. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Yonkers, New Rochelle, Port Chester, Rye, Greenwich, Scarsdale, Bronxville, Mount Vernon, Eastchester, Mamaroneck, Hastings-on-Hudson, Greenville, Pelham, Tuckahoe, Larchmont, Pelham Manor and Ardsley. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
