INCIDENT: Residential Burglary
LOCATION: 16000 Block of Escorza Lane, Victorville
SUSPECT(S): Vivian Quinones, 22-Year-Old Resident of Hesperia
Fernando Cazares, 23-Year-Old Resident of Colton
VICTIM(S): 48-Year-Old Male, Resident of Victorville
SUMMARY: On Monday, May 2, 2022, at 7:57 p.m., deputies from the Victorville Police Department responded to a reported burglary in the 16000 block of Escorza Lane, Victorville.
Upon arrival, deputies learned the victim’s home was burglarized while he was gone for several days. The stolen property included multiple household electronics, computer equipment, appliances, and more. Additionally, the victim discovered his bank card had been stolen during the burglary, and used by the suspect.
Through investigative means, Deputy C. Bennington identified two suspects: Vivian Quinones of Hesperia, and Fernando Cazares of Colton.
On May 25, 2022, a search warrant was served at Quinones’ residence. Some of the victim’s stolen property was recovered. Quinones and Cazares were arrested and booked into custody at High Desert Detention Center for residential burglary.
