Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and Suffolk County Police First Squad detectives are seeking the public’s help to identify and locate a man who stole a car in West Babylon last month.
A man stole a 2006 Chevrolet Cobalt, that was parked and unlocked, outside of 498 Sunrise Highway, between 11 p.m. on May 9 and 7 a.m., May 10. A short time later, an unknown suspect attempted to use credit cards that were in the stolen vehicle at Exxon gas station on Sunrise Highway in West Islip.
