Help needed to find elderly male with Alzheimer’s.

See attached photo of missing elderly male party with Alzheimers. (Luis Medina) Mr. Medina left his home in West New York, NJ at approximately 6-7pm on 6/2/2022. He is known to wander away and has recently been recovered in Union City, NJ where he has family. He has resided in Secaucus, NJ and may still believe is his residence
(262 Maple Street).
Mr. Medina was last seen wearing a blue sweater and jeans.
