* At 520 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near San Jon, or 19 miles east of Tucumcari, moving east at 25 mph. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees.
* Locations impacted include... San Jon, Glenrio and Bard. This includes Interstate 40 between Mile Markers 347 and 373.
* AFFECTED AREAS: QUAY, NM
