NARRATIVE:
Los Angeles County Sheriff’s detectives are investigating a Hit & Run fatality. The incident occurred on Saturday, June 4, 2022 at approximately 12:45 a.m., on the 27000 block of Pacific Coast Highway near Via Escondido in the City of Malibu.
Preliminary information indicates that one male White adult pedestrian was on Pacific Coast Highway in the #2 lane where he was struck by a vehicle travelling westbound on Pacific Coast Highway. The vehicle did not stop and left the location.
The male White adult was transported to Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center where he was pronounced dead.
The investigation is ongoing and there is no additional information available at this time.
