With the help of the Covina Police Department, the suspect was identified, located, and arrested by the West Covina Police Department.
The suspect, 25 year old, Manuel Avila, was booked and is being held at the West Covina jail for Sexual Battery with a bail amount of $25,000. Booking photo provided.
