Flood Advisory until 05:45PM 
* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of southwest Idaho, including the following counties, Ada, Canyon and Owyhee.
* WHEN...Until 545 PM MDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. Overflowing poor drainage areas. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 353 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Boise, Nampa, Meridian, Eagle, Kuna, Garden City, Melba, Walters Ferry, Lake Lowell, Lucky Peak Dam, Aldape Summit and Lucky Peak Reservoir. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
