With favorable planting weather finally here, the Transfer Station is offering mulch at no cost to residents for loading and, if you need help loading the mulch into your truck or trailer, there is a $4 per yard fee. The mulch is the result of the Town’s year-round yard waste and leaf collection and composting program. Please also check out the Transfer Station’s website for useful information about the State’s new paint recycling program for latex- and oil-based paints, stains, sealers, and varnishes.
I hope that you enjoyed this weekend’s superb weather.
Thank you for staying safe and calm.
