* WHERE...A portion of northern Indiana, including the following
counties, Cass IN, Pulaski and White.
* WHEN...Until 800 AM EDT Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1054 PM EDT, Additional scattered showers and
thunderstorms are expected through the early overnight.
Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the
warned area. Between 3 and 6 inches of rain have fallen this
evening in the warned area.
- Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible in
the warned area.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Monticello, Royal Center, Burnettsville, Bell Center,
Headlee, Thornhope, Lake Cicott, Star City, Sitka, Buffalo,
Lucerne, Indiana Beach, Norway and Leases Corner.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
