TOPCAT presents Lancaster Sheriff's Station's huge collaboration with AV Chevy in hosting our 3rd etch and catch Catalytic Theft Prevention Event !!! come one, come all to get your catalytic converter etched to match your vehicle's serial number and guess what .. its completely free!!!! Bring all your personal vehicles to the event. We are trying to get as many vehicles completed within the 3 hour time gap!
