Incident at Parkcrest Motel (20000 Harper) 
On 6/8/22 at approximately 10:45am, Harper Woods police officers were called to the Parkcrest Motel, located at 20000 Harper, on the report of a male shot at that location. Upon arrival, officers located a male victim and a female suspect in the rear parking lot. The lone suspect was immediately taken into custody. The victim was treated by paramedics at scene and later transported to a local hospital for further evaluation. At the time of this statement, the victim was listed in temporary serious condition. The suspect is currently being held at the Harper Woods Police Department awaiting further investigation by Harper Woods detectives.
