* At 1000 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line extending from near Leetonia to 9 miles west of Wellsville, moving east at 25 mph. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Expect damage to trees and power lines, resulting in some power outages.
* Locations impacted include... East Liverpool, Columbiana, East Palestine, Wellsville, Calcutta, Ohioville, Lisbon, Midland, Chester, Leetonia, Industry, and New Waterford.
