* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 339 AM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. An additional 0.5 to 1 inch of rain is possible over the next couple of hours. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Philadelphia, Camden, Wilmington, Newark, Middletown, Gloucester City, Cherry Hill, Bensalem, Evesham, Mount Laurel, Chester, and Willingboro. - This includes the following highways...
