Last night, the Monroe Police Department responded to two attempted motor vehicle burglaries in different neighborhoods in the area of Rt. 33 and Applegarth Road.  The Patrol Division is stepping up patrols in our neighborhoods, but we again would like to take the time to remind our residents to please do your part and lock your vehicles and house doors.  Please make sure the keys and key fobs are not left inside the vehicles.
