Provide input on the Resilient Building Design Guidelines Addendum
The City is creating an addendum to the 2015 Resilient Buildings Design Guidelines, which currently includes strategies to mitigate coastal flooding on private property, to also include preparedness solutions for homeowners during intense/severe rainfall events. This non-regulatory guidance serves as a technical resource and starting point for property owners to reference when engaging with a licensed design professional.
Residents are invited to take an online survey to provide input for the final addendum. To take the survey go to www.hobokennj.gov/ResilientBuildingsSurvey.
To learn more about the project and view meeting materials and meeting recordings, go to https://www.hobokennj.gov/resources/resilient-buildings-design-guidelines-addendum.
