National Weather Service has issued an EXCESSIVE HEAT WARNING  for the Antelope Valley beginning 10 AM Friday, June 10, 2022. Expiring 10 PM PDT Saturday, June 11, 2022.

* IMPACTS... Extreme heat will significantly increase the potential for heat-related illnesses,  particularly among those working or participating in outdoor activities.
Drink plenty of fluids, stay out of the sun, and check up on relatives and neighbors. Young children and pets should never be left unattended in vehicles under any circumstances. Bring outdoor pets inside; If it is hot for you, it’s hot for them.
