West Street Reconstruction Project Update: Concrete for New Sidewalks

This is an update for the ongoing West Street Reconstruction project:
Beginning Monday, June 13, 2022 at approximately 7am and continuing through the end of the day on Wednesday, June 15, 2022 the contractor will be placing concrete for new sidewalks between Chestnut Street and Franklin Street. Driveways will be inaccessible during this time and pedestrian access will be limited to isolated crossing areas. Newly placed concrete areas must remain closed for the duration of this time to allow the concrete to cure and strengthen. This will require adjustments to your parking and walking patterns so please plan accordingly. Those requiring special needs will be accommodated as needed.

The City will issue periodic project updates or changes via Nixle PSA as needed.
