SUMMARY: On Thursday, June 9, 2022, at approximately 7:21 p.m., deputies from the Chino Hills Police Department were dispatched to Alterra Park, and spoke to a female victim. The victim told deputies Peter McGuire held her against her will at his residence for several months. While being held against her will, McGuire tortured, physically assaulted, and raped the victim. The victim escaped from McGuire's residence minutes prior to speaking with deputies. The victim had visible injuries consistent with the allegations made.
