This is the Town of Los Altos Hills communicating to the Town that a fire was reported. Vegetation fire reported at 26201 ELENA ROAD, LOS ALTOS HILLS, CA. Today at 6:07 No evacuations at this time. SCCFD units transitioning to mop-up. Fire units to remain on scene for some time, please continue to avoid Elena in the area of Taffe. This event was another reminder that we are well into fire season. It was also a good example of the effectiveness of an early 911 call and rapid arrival of firefighters.
