Full Notification

On 6/11/22 at approximately 10:45pm, Harper Woods police officers responded to the rear of the apartment building located at 19258 Rockcastle on reports of a male shot at that location. Upon arrival, officers located a 42 year old male deceased in the courtyard. A male suspect, along with a firearm, were also taken into custody at that time. The male suspect is being held at the Harper Woods Police Department pending further investigation by detectives. At this time, we believe the suspect and victim were known to one another.
