* WHEN...For the Wind Advisory today, until 8 PM PDT this evening. For the Wind Advisory on Monday, from 11 AM to 8 PM PDT Monday. For the Frost Advisory, from midnight Monday night to 8 AM PDT Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects. A few power outages are possible. Frost could kill sensitive outdoor vegetation if left uncovered.
