* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Portions of East Central Indiana and Ohio, including the following counties, in East Central Indiana, Wayne. In Ohio, Butler, Montgomery, Preble and Warren.
* WHEN...Until 900 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 551 PM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 2 inches are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Middletown, Richmond, Trotwood, Miamisburg, Franklin, Eaton, Moraine, Carlisle, Camden, Lewisburg, New Paris, West Alexandria, Gratis, Clayton, Brookville, Germantown, New Lebanon, Farmersville, Boston and Wheatville.
