* WHEN...Until 630 AM EDT Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roads in typical places that flood easily during heavy rain.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1221 AM EDT, Radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain. 1-2 inches of rain fell earlier in the evening, and an additional inch or more of rain is expected over the next few hours. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
