EXCESSIVE HEAT WARNING IN EFFECT 
Good morning,
With temperatures reaching the upper 90’s and the humidity being high, we would like to remind everyone to drink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned area, stay out of the sun, and check up on relatives and neighbors. If you must be outside, please be aware of your limitations and take proper precautions.
If you or anyone you know needs assistance or to get out of the heat, please call us at 219-762-4125 or come to Town Hall. We will open Town Hall as a cooling center.
And remember, Heat stroke is an emergency! Call 9 1 1.
