No Fireworks 
With the 4th of July season here, we want to remind everyone that ALL fireworks are illegal in the City of Ontario.
The Police Department is focusing resources on the enforcement of illegal fireworks throughout the coming weeks.
Several 911 calls have been generated as a result of severe injuries, fires, and noise complaints. The Ontario Fire Department and Ontario Police Department are teaming up to help keep the community safe and free from all fireworks.
As a reminder, those cited for fireworks will be subject to a $1,000 fine. Illegal fireworks can be reported by one of the following:
- The MyOntario App
- Online at Ontarioca.gov/NoFireworks
- The non-emergency OPD Dispatch line (909) 408-1900
