Flood Warning until 11:00PM Tuesday

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall from earlier storms is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of northern West Virginia, including the following county, Randolph. The Tygart River Valley and Mill Creek are expected to go into flood.

* WHEN...Until 1100 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 745 PM EDT, gauge reports indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. The Tygart River Valley and Mill Creek are expected to go into flood. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Mill Creek and Huttonsville. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood

* AFFECTED AREAS: RANDOLPH, WV
