The Flood Warning will expire at 815 PM EDT this evening for a portion of northern West Virginia, including the following counties, Randolph and Upshur. Flood waters are receding below the flood stage at Ellamore of 13 feet. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to heed remaining road closures.
