* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall from earlier storms is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of northern West Virginia, including the following county, Randolph.

* WHEN...Until 200 AM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1023 PM EDT, gauge reports indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. The Tygart River Valley at Mill Creek is above its 11 foot bank full stage at 11.40 and is slowly rising, approaching a crest. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Mill Creek and Huttonsville. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
