Tornado Warning until 11:15PM Tuesday

The National Weather Service in Omaha has issued a

* Tornado Warning for... Northern Lancaster County in southeastern Nebraska... Northeastern Seward County in southeastern Nebraska...

* Until 1115 PM CDT.

* At 1030 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado was located over Seward, moving east at 40 mph. HAZARD...Tornado and tennis ball size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is likely.

* This dangerous storm will be near... Garland and Pleasant Dale around 1040 PM CDT. Malcolm around 1045 PM CDT. Emerald around 1050 PM CDT. Other locations in the path of this tornadic thunderstorm include Raymond, Lincoln Airport, Lincoln, Davey, Walton and Waverly.

* AFFECTED AREAS: LANCASTER, NE ... SEWARD, NE

Instructions:

TAKE COVER NOW! Move to a basement or an interior room on the lowest floor of a sturdy building. Avoid windows. If you are outdoors, in a mobile home, or in a vehicle, move to the closest substantial shelter and protect yourself from flying debris. This is a dangerous storm, capable of producing large hail driven by severe winds! SEEK SHELTER NOW inside a sturdy structure and stay away from windows! If you are caught outdoors, cover your head and neck.
