****UPDATE****UPDATE****UPDATE**** ****Official Public Information Release**** ****For Immediate Release**** DeKalb County Homeland Security Emergency Management Agency, Director Anthony Clifton in conjunction with the DeKalb County VFW Fairgrounds Board of Directors and the DeKalb County Commission has authorized the opening of a cooling center at the DeKalb County VFW Fairgrounds. The cooling center will be open from 9 AM until 4 PM depending on identified need for the facility. The cooling center is located at the rear of the VFW Fairgrounds Building adjacent from the concession stand. Entry can be made through the walkthrough doorway off the concrete pad next to the Agriculture Fair Exhibit Area and will be posted with signage. https://tinyurl.com/COOLING-CENTER-UPDATE
