Cooling Shelter Information 
The City of East Chicago shall have 2 locations for cooling shelters. Heritage Hall Community Center, and Unity Community Center Each shelter is open from 10am-6pm and after 6pm the shelter is closed and all occupants must vacate the premises and masks are mandatory and covid protocols are in effect for each location.
