* WHERE...Portions of northern New Jersey...and Pennsylvania... including the following counties...in northern New Jersey... Warren. In Pennsylvania...Bucks, Carbon, Lehigh, Monroe, and Northampton.

* WHEN...Until 1100 AM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 751 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen with additional rainfall occurring. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly across portions of the advisory area. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Allentown, Easton, Lehighton, Bethlehem, Forks, Northampton, Wilson, Hellertown, Nazareth, Palmerton, Bangor, and Jim Thorpe. - This includes the following highways... Interstate 78 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 67 and 76. Interstate 78 in New Jersey between mile markers 0 and 6.
