Utility Billing System Upgrades & Changes 
As of June 1, 2022, the water department has converted to a new utility billing system.
What does this mean for you as a customer?
1. You have received a new account number and utility billing look/template.
2. The online and phone payment system is still available. For this month only, please pay with your old account number. If you do not have your old account number, please contact the utility office to provide you with the information.
3. Late fees will not be assessed this month due to the conversion.
Once we have completed the online system and phone system conversion, we will update you of when to use your new account number. Thank you for your patience during this conversion. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact the water department.
