* WHAT...For the High Wind Warning, south winds 30 to 40 mph with gusts 50 to 65 mph expected. For the Wind Advisory, south winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 40 to 50 mph. Blowing dust expected.
* WHERE...Ruby Mountains and East Humboldt Range, Southern Lander County and Southern Eureka County, Northwestern Nye County and Northeastern Nye County.
* WHEN...For the High Wind Warning, from 9 AM to 11 PM PDT Friday. For the Wind Advisory, until 11 PM PDT this evening.
* IMPACTS...High winds may move loose debris, damage property and cause power outages. Travel will be difficult especially for high profile vehicles.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Areas of blowing dust expected, which could lead to severely reduced visibility.
