Arrest Made for 4th Offense OWI

On June 17, 2022 at about 11:34 p.m. a traffic complaint came in from Kwik Trip on E. Memorial, in which a male appeared to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs in the store.  He drove away, heading south on Harding, before turning east on Walker, and then turning around to head back west on Walker at a high rate of speed.  He struck a sign, and 2 parked motor vehicles.  Upon officer arrival they began life saving measures, and the driver, and sole occupant of the vehicle, Daniel Miller, was transported to Mercy Hospital.  Miller was subsequently arrested for OWI-4^th Offense.  He has another 4^th Offense OWI pending in the court system at the present time.
