Railroad crossings at Route 54/England Street, Henry Clay Road/College Avenue and West Patrick Street are malfunctioning and are closed. Two detours are available: to the north West Vaughn Road and to the south Myrtle Street. Motorists may wish to avoid the area until the issues are resolved.
