Full Notification

Missing from the 900 block of Arcadia Avenue, Arcadia, CA, is Abel Heredia Morales (DOB 07/28/1978).  Abel is described as a male, Hispanic, 5’-06”, weighing 150 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.  He was last seen wearing a black, hooded sweatshirt, with the word ADIDAS and the ADIDAS emblem in white on the front, blue jeans, and grey shoes.  Abel does not have a cellular phone with him, and it is unknown if he has any cash or means to pay for anything.  Abel suffers from Schizophrenia and Bi-Polar disorders, which he takes medication for both.  The attached photograph of Abel was taken before he was last seen just prior to 12:00 p.m. today, June 19, 2022.
