The Town of Tazewell will begin performing smoke tests on June 21st. We will be performing these tests over the next several weeks. What is a smoke test? A smoke test is a common test method used to identify sections of the sanitary sewer collection system that have defects such as cracks, leaks or faulty connections that allow rainwater to enter this underground pipe network.
