The City of Costa Mesa continues to offer rental assistance for low-income residents struggling to meet rental obligations due to economic impacts.
Assistance is available for families and individuals.
Rental Assistance programs for Costa Mesa residents are administered by Families Forward and SPIN for families and Mercy House for individuals.
